We contact you to ask a few questions about your home and go over pricing. If the estimate works for you, you pick a day and time, and we come to your home to do the cleaning.

A little preparation helps the estimate and the cleaning go smoothly.
What we'll ask about

Before you book, you should know exactly what you're getting. We give you clear answers to the three questions that matter most.
Start with step 1What exactly will you clean?
We tell you before we start. For air ducts, that's the supply and return ducts, vents, and grilles. For a dryer vent, it's the full line from the dryer to the outside of your home. For a chimney, it's the flue and firebox. If any part of the system is out of reach, you'll hear it from us up front.
How much will it cost?
You'll get a clear price before any work begins. We ask a few quick questions about your home, then give you an estimate based on its size and the work involved. If we find something on the day that would change the price, we check with you first. No surprises on the bill.
Will it make a real difference?
When dust, lint, or soot is the problem, cleaning it out makes a real difference: stronger airflow, less dust around the house, faster drying, and a cleaner chimney. If something else is behind what you're noticing, like moisture causing a musty smell, we'll tell you, so your money goes to the right fix.
